Children's Ministries at New Home Baptist

At New Home Baptist, we are passionate about raising up children in the things of the Lord! We have amazing opportunities for kids of all ages to connect, learn, and grow here at NHBC!

Mission Friends (Pre K-Kindergarten)

Every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. our Mission Friends meet! If you have a child who is in kindergarten, or younger, this is a great opportunity for them to hear about Jesus each week!

Children's Choir

Every Wednesday in the Fall Semester at 5 p.m. our Children's Choir meets in the sanctuary! If you have a child who is in 1st-6th grade, this is a great opportunity for them to connect with their peers, and sing praises to the King of Kings!

Wednesday Meal

What kid doesn't like to eat? Every Wednesday New Home Baptist provides a meal for all of the kids. This is a great time of fellowship for all the kids in the community!

RA's (Royal Ambassadors)

Every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. our RA's meet. If you have a boy who is in 1st-6th grade this is a wonderful opportunity for them to learn about what God is doing in the world, and how they can join God in His work.

RA's learn about the world, pray for the world, and learn how they can be used to tell others about God's Son, Jesus. An ambassador can be defined as a messenger or representative; someone who tells or reveals truth. Royal Ambassadors seek to share the truth that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

RA's help boys grow in their commitment to Christ, and helps them develop a life-long passion for sharing Christ with those around them.

GA's (Girls in Action)

Every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. our GA's meet. If you have a girl who is in 1st-6th grade this is a wonderful opportunity for them to hear about Jesus, and learn how to make Him an important part of their daily lives.

In GA's they learn what it means to live a mission-minded lifestyle while they participate in Bible study, missions projects, and engaging activities. They also have a lot of fun and build lasting memories as they 'travel' to various places around the world when they learn about the work of missionaries.

The Girl's in Action motto is "Go Forward!" and GA's do just that; they grow closer to God as they discover their part in His plan and they practice what they're learning through hands-on missions opportunities. Their experiences lead to a lifelong commitment to Christ, His mission, and His church.

Youth

Every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. our Youth Group meets. If you have a teenager from 7th-12th grade, we'd love to see them get involved with everything we do!

At NHBC our desire is to see the youth come to salvation in Jesus Christ. We strive to teach the youth about the Fundamentals of the Christian Faith and to see them grow in their affections towards the Lord through obedience, love, and service. We desire to walk out the Christian faith with them and help them find true joy in God's Word!
